at afterfive, we take great care in roasting our beans and bottling our syrups to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. due to the perishable nature of our products (coffee beans, grounds, and syrups), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind."
we offer exchanges only in the specific case that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item.
48 hour inspection window
you have 48 hours after receiving your order to inspect your items and report any issues. if 48 hours have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you notice that:

eligibility for exchange
to be eligible for an exchange:
non-exchangeable Items: we do not accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
how to start an exchange
to report a damaged or defective item, contact us at hello@afterfive.pk.
if your exchange request is accepted, we will cover the cost of the return shipping (if the physical item needs to be sent back) and we will ship out your replacement product free of charge.
refunds
we operate on a strict Exchange Only basis. monetary refunds are not provided. if a replacement product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or store credit.
