delivery timeframe
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your order to reach you may vary. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow up to two to five working days for your coffee and coffee-related items to be delivered.
shipping costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
inspection upon delivery
It’s important to inspect your product upon delivery for any damages or defects. Any issues must be communicated to our customer service at hello@afterfive.pk within 24 hours of delivery.
damaged articles
In case of a damaged article, please inform us within 24 hours to initiate a claim for an exchange. We will deliver the replacement item to the same location at no additional cost to you. For any concerns related to shipping, please email us at hello@afterfive.pk.
refund for product defects only
Exchange or refund is applicable only for products with manufacturing defects.
48-hour return policy
Our exchange or refund policy lasts for 48 hours from the time of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for processing returns.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund or offer an exchange.
eligibility for refund or exchange
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items are only eligible for replacement if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery.
